How we engage

Our engagements start at $2,000.

That's the floor: below it we can't do work we'd stand behind, and a discounted entry price becomes the reference price you carry for two years.

Beyond it we don't publish a rate card — because a number without a scope is a wrong number, and we won't pretend an ERP rollout and a form redesign cost the same. You leave the scoping phase with a firm figure, not a range.

Three rules on every quote.

  • A fixed-price engagement is fixed. If we estimated badly, that's our problem, not a change order.
  • Scope changes are priced before they're built, never after.
  • We bill by delivered milestone, not by hours. You pay for deliverables.
