One system that tells the truth.

We map your real processes before configuring anything. An ERP laid over misunderstood processes costs more than no ERP at all.

Who it's for.

  • The 5–100 employee SMB running operations on spreadsheets and email
  • The company stacking four tools that don't talk to each other
  • The company operating across a border: multi-currency, multi-tax, EN/FR

The problem we solve.

Two people give you two different numbers for the same question. That's not a software problem, it's a source-of-truth problem. The tool only fixes it after the mapping — never before.

What you get.

  • Current-state and target-state process maps
  • Bilingual chart of accounts
  • Configuration: finance, sales, purchasing, inventory, projects
  • Historical data migration and cleanup
  • Roles, permissions, audit trails
  • Team training in French and English
  • Operational documentation — the procedures, not the screenshots

How it runs.

Phase 1 · 3 to 4 weeks

Mapping. A standalone deliverable: you can stop there.

Phase 2 · 6 to 10 weeks

+

Phase 3 · 4 to 6 weeks

Phase 4 · 2 weeks

What we don't do.

  • We never cut the whole company over at once
  • We don't configure a module without a named person who will use it
  • We don't resell licences: we're vendor-neutral, and our recommendation earns us nothing

Starting point.

Fixed-price mapping phase. Everything else is quoted on real scope, never before — and the quote rests on your map, not on a blind estimate. Expect four to six months in total for a 20–50 person company. Any quote promising six weeks has left out the data migration: always the longest phase, and always the underestimated one.

Bilingual by default. Compliance scoped from day one.

Law 25, PIPEDA and GDPR enter the scope, not the change order: consent records, data minimization, data residency in Canada or the EU, incident procedure. It isn't a line item — it's a design constraint.
